Chairman of the Board of Grupo Facul, head of LIDE Southern Africa and president of LIDE Angola and LIDE Mozambique. Founder of the Code V Leadership School and Associação Ana Elisa.
A law graduate of Universidade Agostinho Neto, he is a professor of Law at Universidade Metodista. His work spans the management of Grupo Facul, teaching, writing, the regional leadership of LIDE in Southern Africa, and the initiatives he founded: the Code V Leadership School and Associação Ana Elisa.
On 31 January 2026, he was announced as president of LIDE Angola, the Angolan unit of LIDE — Grupo de Líderes Empresariais. The organisation officially launched in Luanda on 12 August 2026 during the Angola–Brazil Agribusiness Forum.
In September 2026, LIDE announced Venceslau Andrade as head of LIDE Southern Africa and president of LIDE Mozambique, alongside his presidency of LIDE Angola.
