Privacy Policy

1. Legal framework
This policy is governed by Law no. 22/11 of 17 June on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Angola. The competent supervisory authority is the Agência de Protecção de Dados (APD).
2. What data we collect
The data controller is Venceslau Andrade. The contact form collects name, email address, organisation, subject, intended date, location and message. Browsing also generates technical server logs.
3. Purposes and retention
The data is used to assess and respond to invitations, press requests, editorial matters and partnership proposals. It is retained while the request is handled and for up to 24 months. Technical logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a legal or security need requires otherwise.
4. Hosting and third parties
Fonts and images are hosted on the site’s own domain. Form data is processed by hosting, database and security providers bound by confidentiality. These services may process data outside Angola subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data, use behavioural advertising or track visitors across sites.
5. Your rights
Under Law no. 22/11 you have rights of access, rectification, updating, objection and erasure, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Agência de Protecção de Dados.
